A variety of landscapes across the state of Colorado offer a great place for photographers to catch great photos. On the eastern plains looking west you will find scenes where the sun is setting on top of the rocky mountains. In the mountians you will find places where lakes and forests meet to create even more stunning photos. In the west part of the state the mountains turn into red caynons that make photos look unreal. These places have been well documented through some of these spectacular photos.
Colorado Website Designers have found a great use for similar photos as a design tool for many Colorado companies that wish to associate their company with Colorado. I know of several real estate agents in Vail Colorado who have based their entire marketing plan on one spectacular photo. I have also seen website designs that use a single photo to carry through the entire website as the main design element. I have also noticed an abundance of Calendars and Billboards using photos from around the state to make that great first impression.
Not only does the state offer great terrain for photography, but the seasons add a whole new dimension. The Aspen trees alone offer great color in the fall and a beautiful white bark in the winter. Althought the pine trees don’t change color, they can be gorgeous in the winter after a fresh snow fall. In the spring and summer the flowers take center stage. Some of the wildflower scenes across the state are breathtaking in the late summer months.
